How to be very good at English to be able to speak well and to mark other evidence?

So far, I have a goal. This is a good command of English. I hope that it may well be spoken as Eurasia and being able to write very well, as a teacher. I love reading and have played a lot of young people, particularly for newspapers. However, I am still not that good in it. Is anyone working hard to improve their English language or someone is very good for sharing with me what you had to be good at it and what I do now.
